Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 Mangos, diced2 Tbs Cilantro, finely chopped2 Tbs Lime Juice1 Tbs Lemon Juice2 Roma tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup your choice of onions, diced
Directions
Just chop all the ingredients and place in a bowl with a lid in the fridge. Best to let sit over night, or even make in the morning and set during the day. You can use this right after you make it, but the best flavor is after it sets a bit. Perfect for grilled fish. You can also add some chopped bell peppers, or substitute the chopped onions for a little less of a chopped spring onion. Another variant is to add a little bit of chopped fresh pineapple instead of tomatoes.
