Thanksgiving Pumpkin Muffins

* *Flour, white, 3.5 cup * Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup * Granulated Sugar, 3 cup * *Canola Oil, 1 cup * Water, tap, .667 cup (8 fl oz) * Egg, fresh, 4 large * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp * Cloves, ground, 0.5 tsp * Allspice, 1 tsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Baking Soda, 1 tsp
Makes approximately 48 muffins. Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together all wet ingredients, except water. In a separate bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Sift dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in 4 equal increments. Stir after each addition of dry ingredients. Add water. Stir mixture. Distribute mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Muffins may require more time, depending on muffin tins used and oven.
