Delicious Low Calorie Apple Pie

Ingredients
For Crust:2 cups all-purpose flour1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup canola oil1/3 cup + 3 tbs of well chilled non-fat milkFor Filling6 medium apples (try a different variety of apples)1 Lemon Cinnamon NutmegSplenda Sugar Cornstarch

Crust
-For crust, combine flour and salt in a bowl. Combine the oil and milk in a covered jar and shake. Make a well in the flour mixture and pour in the milk and oil mixture. Wokr with your fingertips. After it becomes a firm ball cover with plastic wrap and fridge for 30 min. Then divide it into 2 balls and roll individually.

Filling:
-Peel and slice all apples and put in a bowl. Squeeze lemon and add lemon zest. Lay a layer of the apples in the pan and sprinkle sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Repeat with the layers of apples and sprinkling until all apples are in pie crust. Cover with the other pie dough cutting slits for the steam to escape. Seal the edges with fingers and slightly brush with egg white. Sprinkle some more sugar. Also, cover sides of pie with foil and remove it 15 minutes before pie is done.

Put pie in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 min, then reduce to 350 degrees for 35-40 mins, or until crust is golden. Remember to remove foil 15 mintes before pie is done.

It makes 10 servings.
