Ingredients
Pre-soak Lentils, 1 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 clove2 tablespoons of olive oil*Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, dicedHot Dog, beef, 3 frankfurter (5 in long X 3/4 in diaBasil, 2 tbspParsley, 2 tbsp5 cups of water or chicken broth
Directions
In a big pot fry the garlic and onion. Add the lentils, potatoes, water or chicken broth, salt and pepper until it boils. Then, add the basil, parsely, tomatoe, frankfurters and celery until the lentils and potatoe are cooked.
