Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (303 x 406) (remove)Beans, pinto, 50 grams (remove)Beans, red kidney, 50 grams (remove)Mung Beans, 50 grams (remove)Pasta, cooked, 200 grams (remove)Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 100 grams (remove)
Directions
makes 4 servings

using a large pan empty the contents of the tomatoes,sweet corn and beans mixed pulse bean preferably other wise 50 grams of each of the listed beans. heat through thoroughly.

in a separate pan boil water with a little salt to taste if desired and cook the pasta of your choice.

drain pasta and add to bean mix stir thoroughly, add low fat cheese stirring once more and serve, can be eaten hot or cold.
