1 jar Classico Tomato & Basil Pasta/Spaghetti Sauce 1 box american beauty manicotti 16 oz part skim Ricotta Cheese .5 cup part skim Mozzarella Cheese .25 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese .25 cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1 tbsp dried Parsley .5 cup chopped arugala .25 tsp Pepper 2 tbsp. minced Garlic 1 can Kirkland canned chicken breast 1 large Egg
Preheat oven to 400. Cook pasta shells as per package directions. Combine remaining ingredients, except sauce and grated parmesan in a large bowel and mix well. Spoon about one third of the sauce into a 9x13" pan. Stuff each pasta tube with the cheese mixture and arrange in pan. Place any broken bits of pasta under the filled shells. Pour remaining sauce over the filled pasta and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
