Cheesy Spinach Jambalaya

Ingredients
1 lb ground sausage1 whole chicken breast2 cups dry Vermicelli RiceChicken Broth 1 can2 cups waterSpinach 1 can1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheesepaprika, white pepper, and cumin to taste2 Tbsp butter
Directions
Bring water and chicken broth to boiling, add 2 cups dry vermicelli rice. Add spices to rice mixture. Cook for 15 minutes.Saute onion. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Cook chicken and sausage over medium high heat. Drain can of spinach and add to meat mixture. Heat thoroughly, then add to meat mixture. Add shredded cheese.
