shrimp guacamole salad

Ingredients
1/2# cooked shrimp1 avocado1/4 c cilantro2 T vidalia sweet onion2 T green pepper1/4 hot pepper (optional)1 tomatoVinaigrette:2 T olive oiljuice of 1 lime1/2 t dijon mustard1 clove garlic1 T balsamic vinegar
Directions
Chop onions, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, green and hot pepper and gently stir in vinaigrette. Serve immediately.
