Easy Low Sodium Meatloaf or burger patties

Ingredients
8 ounces ground beef (or turkey for low fat)1 egg1/4 cup wheat or oat bran2 tablespoons mild salsa (or medium or hot)1/2 medium onion
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl or a zip lock bag (no mess)
place in a loaf pan and bake 30 to 45 minutes or until done OR
shape into patties and cook on grill, serve on whole wheat buns with trimmings
