Earl's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 14.5 oz. can salmon1 egg, lightly scrambled (or egg substitute)6 saltine crackersPam
Directions
Put drained salmon in mixing bowl, add one lightly scrambled egg, and 6 crushed saltine crackers. Mix lightly. Shape w/hand (or ice cream scoop) into round shapes, flatten slightly, in medium hot skillet that's been sprayed w/Pam. Brown on one side, then the other.
Makes 6 patties.
