Mushroom Gouda Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean ground beef1 cup finely chopped mushrooms1/2 cup grated gouda cheese
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mash together with your hands. Make 4 patties, be mindful to not have too many mushrooms at the edge of the burger, otherwise it will fall apart on the grill. Grill until done. Serve on whole wheat buns with a mixed green side salad.
