Sautéed Onion Burgers

Ingredients
1/4 cup diced onion2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp butter1 lb 96% extra lean ground beef1 Tbsp montreal steak seasoning3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce1/4 cup dry bread crumbs1 egg white
Directions
Saute the onion and garlic in the butter over medium low heat until the onion is caramelized

Combine the onion mixture with the rest of the ingredients and mix well

divide into 4 patties and cook or grill over medium heat 3-5 min per side until just cooked through- don't overcook as the 96% lean beef will go from done to dry quite quickly!
