Ingredients
Directions
1 clove garlic1/2 onion chopped1 cup mushrooms chopped2 cups spinach chopped1 cup prepared millet2 cups prepared brown rice1 cup vegetable broth
1. in medium sauce pan add 1/2 cup of vegetable broth and warm to medium boil
2. add onion and garlic and cook until transparent
3. add spinach and cook until wilted to desired doneness
4. add millet and mix throughly
5. add brown rice and mix throughly
6. taste and add pepper and salt [if using vege broth you probably won't need any add'l salt]]
