Tomato Sauce-less Speghetti

Ingredients
Rotini, 8 oz.Ground Turkey, 8 oz.Olive Oil, 2 tbsp., plus some to cook withOnions, 1 cup choppedMushrooms, 1 cup slicedSalt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Dried Thyme, Dried Oregano, and Dried Basil, 1 tsp. eachAdding other dried herbs would make it taste good as well!
Directions
Bring water to boil in saucepan, add rotini. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil over medium heat in a frying pan. Add the ground turkey, onions, and mushrooms and cook until turkey is cooked through and vegetables are starting to turn golden brown.

Drain the pasta and extra grease from the turkey and vegetable mixture. Mix the two together. Add in olive oil and dried herbs. Mix well.

Makes 4 1-cup servings.
