Mixed Berry Cobbler

Ingredients
6 cups mixed berries1 tsp cinnamon1 tblspn water1 tsp fresh lemon juice1 cup rolled oats3/4 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar1 stick unsalted butter, softened
Directions
Makes 12 servings

preheat oven to 375 degrees
place berries in a 2-quart casserole dish
sprinkle cinnamon, water, lemon juice
combine oats, flour, brown sugar and butter. mix with a fork or pastry blender to make crumbs
sprinkle over the fruit evenly
bake for 25 - 35 minutes until the fruit is tender and the topping is golden brown. serve warm (ice cream optional)
