Pasta Pascal

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil4 cloves garlic, minced1/2 red onion, chopped5 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced1 tsp Italian Herb Mixsalt and pepper to taste1/2 pound angel hair pastaA few red pepper flake sprinklesParmesan Cheese to Garnish
Directions
In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, saute garlic and onion in oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until al dente; drain.

Toss hot pasta with tomato mixture. Serve.
