Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound lean stewing meat (1" pieces)1 can low fat mushroom soup1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 beef broth or cooking sherry1 cup baby carrots1 can mushrooms1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
In slow cooker, combine beef, mushroom soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, broth, carrots and mushrooms.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
