Spinach Orange Salad

Ingredients
Dressing:4 T Splenda4T vinegardash of saltdash of pepperSplash of spicy salsa ( I use Valentina)Salad:8 C Fresh Baby Spinach2 oranges, peeled, separated into sections6 strawberries, hulled and slicedbunch of green onions, choppedGarnish:1/2 C craisins (or to taste)handful of sliced almonds (can also crystallize with sugar for added crunch)
Directions
Combine dressing ingredients and let sit overnight. (The dressing tastes stronger if left overnight, but it is not required).

Combine "Salad" ingredients, garnish with craisins and almonds, add dressing and mix.
