Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
2 large potatoes (bake first, then grate)1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage1 cup of your favorite salsa2 C. shredded cheese3 cups egg beaters1 C. skim milk1 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of pepper1 teaspoon of dry mustard
Directions
Grate/place the hashed browns in the bottom of a lightly sprayed crockpot. Pour salsa on the potatoes. Crumble sausage on the hash browns; sprinkle cheese on top. Mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard and pour eggs over the entire mixture. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.
