Zucchini flower fritters

Ingredients
12 zucchini flowers, centers removed2 eggs, beaten1/4 c water1/4 c whole wheat flour1 tsp ea salt, pepper, onion & garlic powderoil for frying
Directions
While oil in heating in pan, mix eggs, water, flour and spice. Whisk into a thin batter. Drip each flower in batter and fry until golden brown. 12 flowers serves 2.
