French Toast with fruit and whipped cream

Ingredients
4 slices of bread - thick sliced 1 egg1/4 cup nonfat milk1/8 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp nutmeg3/4 tsp vanilla extract1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and halved1/4 cup blueberriesReddi-whip LIGHT whipping cream
Directions
Beat together egg, milk, spices and vanilla

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high and spray with non-stick cooking spray

Dip bread slices in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Place in pan and cook on both sides until golden. Placing a lid on top encourages the middle to cook better.

Serve hot, with fresh strawberries, blueberries and whipped cream.
