*Ground beef, lean, 4 oz *Kraft 2% Mexican shreeded cheese, 0.25 cup*Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 2 tsp *Avacado, fresh, .25 serving*Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .5 cup, shredded or chopped*Chi Chi's Fiesta Salsa, 2 tbsp
Makes two tacos.
Brown meat on stove then use a strainer to drain out the fat and grease, then add 2/3 cups water and taco seasoning. Assemble tacos as usual.
