Ingredients
cottage cheesedry (non instant) oatmealEgg beaters 2 packets of SplendaDash of cinnamondash of vanilla
Directions
Place one cup of cottage cheese, 1 cup of oats (not cooked), 1 cup of egg beaters, splenda, and cinnamon, and vanilla in blender. Blend until well mixed. Pour into waffle iron. It makes about 4 waffles.

You can also cook as a pancake. Or add others things like banana or chocolate.
