low sodium beef/vegetable stew

Ingredients
Beef chuck, 1 lb Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 small Potato, raw, 1 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Bullion - Beef - Reduced Sodium - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 2 serving Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients in stew pot or slow cooker and cook until done or simmer all day. Quick and easy meal
