Creamy Cinnamon Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Organic Quick Oats1/3 Cup Nonfat Milk (Soy Milk is very yummy, too)1/3 Cup Water1 Banana, sliced1 tsp. milled flaxseedSprinkling of cinnamon, baking spice or pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix the ingredients together in a microwavable bowl.

Loosely cover with a paper towel or waxed paper.

Microwave for 1-3 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave oven.

Let stand until thickened, and enjoy!
