1/3 cup orange juice1 Tbs low sodium soy sauce! Tbs. Schezuan sauce2 tbs cornstartchT tbs canola oil1 lb boneless chicken breats cut nto cubes2 c frozen broccoli florets1-6oz pack of frozen snow peas2 cubs shredded cabbage2 c cooked brown rice1 Tbs sesamee seeds (optional)
Mix orange juice, soy sauce, schezuan sauce in a small bowl and set aside. Heat oil in wok and add chicken ( I prefer to use water and soy sauce for this) stir fry for 5-7 minutes. Add cabbage, broccoli snow pease and sause.. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are heated through. Serve over brown rice and sprinfle with sesamee seeds.
