Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
2 Bunches Fresh Broccoli1 Cup raisins - loose packed1/2 red onion - chopped3/4 Cup Fat Free Mayo (or Canola Mayo)2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar1/8 Cup Splenda
Directions
Cut tops of broccoli heads into bit-size pieces, soak in ice water for 20 minutes. Drain, combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. You can add 1 cup of sunflower seeds or other dry roasted nut to recipe, and substitute dried cranberries for the raisins. This salad is versatile, makes ~ 6 1-cup servings.
