Ingredients
1 lb stew meat trimmed and cut into smaller pieces1 can condensed tomato soup1 tsp thyme dried1 med. size potato skin on, diced1 small onion diced1 cup chopped carrot1/4 cup water1/2 tsp minced garlic
Directions
Makes 4 servings.

Throw all ingrediants into crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Can throw in beer or wine instead of water but it will change calories.
