Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
1 ready to bake pie crust5 eggs5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled1 package frozen spinach, thawed and drained1/2 c low fat cheddar cheese1/2 c fat free mozzarella cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Place in oven on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until eggs are set. Makes 6 servings.
