Hummus

Ingredients
1 16 oz can of chickpeas or garbanzo beans1/4 cup liquid from can of chickpeas1 fresh squeezed lemon2 tablespoons tahini2 cloves garlic, crushed1 teaspoon ground sea salt2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon of ground cumin2 tablespoons of dry onion1 teaspoon of sesame seeds1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes if desired.
Directions
Preparation:
Drain off part of the chickpeas, Combine everything in blender or food processor. Blend for 3-5 minutes on low until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
Place in serving bowl
Serve immediately with fresh, warm or toasted pita bread, or cover and refrigerate.
