Scalloped ham/potatoes

Ingredients
4 potatoes, sliced1 c milk, 2%~4 T margarine1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced2 c extra lean ham, diced1 T corn starch
Directions
Layer ham, potatoes, mushrooms in a 9x13 baking dish (sprayed with non-stick cooking spray), with margarine dots in between layers. Thicken cold milk with corn starch; pour over layers. Bake 350 until potatoes are tender. Serves 6.
