Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat flour1 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt2 Tbsp olive oil1/2 c. warm water as needed
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add olive oil and stir until well combined. Add warm water a tablespoon at a time until dough can be gathered into a ball. Knead on floured surface 15 times. Divide dough into 16 equal portions and shape into balls. On floured surface, roll out ball from center into circle. Cook on ungreased skillet over med. high heat on each side about 30 sec. You can also cook them until they are crisp for chips.
