Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 breast, bone and skin removed Frozen lemonade concentrate, 12 oz Ketchup, Heinz, 6 tbsp Brown Sugar, 18 tsp packed Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp Flour, white, 1.5 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 3 tbsp
Dredge chicken in flour and pan fry to get nice golden color, place in crock pot .Mix thawed lemonade,Ketchup,brown sugar, and balsamic vinegar and pour over chicken breast in your slow cooker. Cook on high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours
