Flax, Apple &Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 c. flax seed3/4 c. whole wheat graham flour3/4 c. white flour1/2 c. sugar2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. saltdash of cinnamon1 large egg- beaten1-1/2 c. finely chopped granny smith apples3 TBsp vegetable oil1/2 c. milk (Whole milk used in calculations)1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
mix dry ingredients until blended, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until thoroughly blended. Scoop into lined muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes
