Green Smoothie - Berries

Ingredients
1 cup blueberries1 cup blackberries1 cup raspberries2 cups soymilk (almond/rice milk)2 cups spinach
Directions
Wash all ingredients
- remove spinach stems
- Put all fruits in blender, blend
- Put spinach and soymilk, blend

This should serve 6 servings
serving size is 8oz glass

if the spinach taste is too strong, you either add banana/strawberry or more milk to suit your tastes

to add protein you can add almonds/walnuts or flaxmeal
