Tomoato, Basil, Tuna and Balsamic Vinegar Pasta Salad

Ingredients
San Remo Bow Tie Pasta, 250 grams (1/2 bag) cookedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 3 plum tomatos dicedBumble Bee Solid White Albacore in Oil, 1 can drainedBalsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Mc Cormick Italian Herb Seasoning, 1 tsp Garlic, 2 clove choppedBasil, Fresh (5g or 10 leaves chopped
Directions
1. Cook pasta per directions on package, drain, rinse and set aside to cool. I put mine in the fridge because I like the pasta cold.

2. Chop tomatoes,garlic and fresh basil, then set aside.

3. In a coffe mug,mix the balsamic vinegar, the olive oil, fresh garlic and the italian seasoning together.

4. Place the chilled, cooked pasta in a large bowl, add the tomtoes and can of tuna to the pasta, mix throughly.

5. Pour the balsamic vinger mixture into the pasta and add the fresh basil at the very end.

6. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 5 servings.
