Pork Tenderloin, 19 oz (remove)Beans, red kidney, 2 cup (remove)Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)Beans, pinto, 1.75 cup (remove)Salsa, 2 cup (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup (remove)*College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 0.5 cup (remove)
Combine pork tenderloin, onion, red pepper, black beans, salsa, chicken broth, oregano, cumin, and chili powder in a slow cooker. Set to Low and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
Break up pieces of cooked pork to thicken the chili before serving.
