Beef Picadillo

Ingredients
4 oz. of lean, ground round beef1/3 tbsp. olive oil1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup chopped bell pepper3 spanish stuffed olives1/4 cup tomato sauce, low sodium1/4 tsp. dried oreganoAlso Include: 1/3 cup cooked brown rice
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet to medium high. Sauté and crumble ground beef until browned. Add garlic powder, onions and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes. Slice olives and add to meat mixture with tomato sauce and oregano. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes. Serve.
