Ingredients
Raspberries, 1 cup Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Parsley, 1 tbsp Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped Egg Yolk, 2 large *President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp Raspberry Vinegar, 3 tbsp Grapeseed Oil, 0.50 cup
Directions
Blend raspberries, fresh herbs, shallots, egg yolks, mustard and seasoning until you obtain a uniform textture. As you continue blending, add vinegar. Drizzle in the oil.
