Broccoli Patties

Ingredients
Directions
2 cups cooked broccoli florets1 large red potato1 cup bread crumbs1 egg¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)salt, garlic and other spices to taste.
Makes 12 large patties
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Slice raw potato into quarters
Put potato in food processor and pulse till it is well chopped.
Add broccoli and do the same.
Add other ingredients. Pulse again till it looks slightly lumpy. It should be a very firm paste, almost dough like.
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray
Put "dough" on baking sheet in 12 portions
Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees.
Turn up broiler and bake for 3-4 more minutes or till nice and brown and toasty.
Let cool and enjoy
