Ingredients
cabbage, 1/2 large headcarrots, 1/2 cup choppedonions, 1/2 cup finely choppedgarlic, 3 cloves celery, 3 stalks green bell pepper, 1/2 cupjalapeno peppers, 2chicken broth, 48 fl oz salt, 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp
Directions
Chop all vegetables. Throw them in a pot and add chicken broth and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour.

    Only use one pepper if you don't want it too spicy. Otherwise, its delish!! Totally something that I will make again. I added firm tofu for some additional protein. - 1/3/17

    I made this tonight, same exact recipes but added olive oil by cooking the onions, celery, garlic & diced tomatoes first. I used cayenne pepper as I like mine spicy. Taste so good & good for the cold. - 1/23/16
