3 C cubed cooked chicken1.5 - 2 C (6-8 oz) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded1 tsp garlic salt2 C seasoned stuffing croutons1 lb bulk pork sausage; cooked and drained2 C peeled cooked diced potatoes1..5 - 2 C (6-8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese3 eggs1 1/2 C milk
Heat oven to 325*
1. Cook chicken, potatoes and sausage; set aside
2. IN a grased 3 qt baking dish, layer the first seven ingredients in the order given
3. Beat the eggs and milk; pour over layers
4. Cover and bake at 325* for 55 minutes
5. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longe
6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
