Healthy MUFA enriched choc. chip cookies

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups fresh ground whole wheat flour1/2 tsp. sea salt1 tsp. baking soda1 cup sucanat1/4 cup honey1 stick smart balance 50/501 tsp. vanilla4 tbs. cornstarch8 oz. dark choc. chips1 cup walnuts1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Cream butter and sucanat together, add honey, add cornstarch beat well. Slowly add dry ingredients ( mixed all together) until well combined. Then stir in dark chocolate chopped into chunks, walnuts, and craisins. Drop by small cookie scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 - 12 minutes until just browned on edges. Do not overcook.
