Shake n Bake Chicken With Corn and Salsa Salad

8 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken1 serving Shake n Bake coating1 ear Sweet Corn8 T Salsa4 cups Iceberg Lettuce
Preheat oven to 400º
Cut chicken breasts into strips. Coat chicken according to Shake n Bake directions with one serving of coating. Place on non-stick cookie sheet (or spray with cooking spray) and place in oven for 15 minutes. While chicken is cooking, boil corn. Divide Lettuce and Salsa between two dishes. When corn is finished, remove from cob and split evenly between two salads. When the chicken is finished baking, cut up into bite size pieces and place over salads.
