Monique's Texas Caviar

Ingredients
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed2 cups frozen corn, thawed2 medium tomatoes, diced1 red bell pepper, diced1 green bell pepper, diced1/2 cup red onion, finely diced1-2 jalapeno peppers (removing seeds cools them off)1/3 cup lime juice (3 limes)1/3 cup virgin olive oil1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped (remove stems)1 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill.

Makes about 16 half-cup servings.
