Homemade Buttons & Bows Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Pepperssliced thin (or cubed)1 , can Black Olives, (extra large)1 Can of Whole Mushrooms12oz of dry BowTie Pasta 6 oz Feta Cheese, lightly crumbled or cubed.
Directions
Boil your BowTie Pasta as per instructions. I prefer my noodles a little al dente so I knock of a minute to the cook time. When at desired firmness, drain and rince with cold water.
While they cool, slice up your Bell pepper and drain your canned Olives & Mushrooms. Slicing either is oiptional. Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl and cruble feta evenly. Toss lightly with fresh herbs.
We used oregano and basil fresh picked from the garden. A light dusting of smoked paprika gives it a nice colour for presentation.
