Ingredients
2 lbs. extra-firm tofu, pressed and diced 1 1/2 cups ketchup 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1-2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar 1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste
Directions
• Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
• Serve on a bed of lettuce or on a hoagie roll.

    Also added onion and worcestershire. I also swapped garlic powder for a couple crushed garlic (picked out before serving). Very good recipe. Served on buns with cheese and pickles. - 8/1/13

    I used meatless chicken instead if tofu and too it to work. It lasted 30 min. I didn't even get to get any. Everyone loved it and said I bambozled them. I did try some before I put it out. Great - 8/19/09

    I made this today . . . added half a chopped onion and a dash of worcestershire sauce to it. It was good, and had a bit of kick. I got multiple compliments on it. - 6/13/09
