Indian Tofu Masala

Ingredients
-Tofu, firm, 100 grams-Margarine like spread, approximately 60% fat, 2 tsp -Curry powder, 2 tbsp-Thyme, ground, 1 tb-Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp-Cumin seed, 1 tbsp-Garlic, 1 tsp-Milk, 1%, 1 fl oz
Directions
Makes 1 serving

-Cut and drain and the tofu.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a tupperware container, put tofu slices in container and shake to coat.
- Fry tofu in margarine.
- Remove tofu with slotted spoon, fry garlic in same pan.
- Add 1/4 water, spices used to coat tofu, & milk to pan. Simmer till thick.
-Sauce can be used for dipping or on top of fried tofu.
