Romaine Lettuce (salad), 6 cup, shreddedZucchini, .3 cup, slicedSweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cupChickpeas (garbanzo beans), .3 cupParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cupCroutons, seasoned, 1 cupLobster, broiled (3 oz. cooked), 4 servingButter, salted, 1 tbspKen's Healthy Options Caesar Vinaigrette, 1.5 serving
Steam lobster meat until warm. Melt the butter and toss it with the lobster. Set aside.
Combine all the salad ingredients except the croutons. Toss with salad dressing.
Add lobster and croutons to top of salad.
