Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 head Napa Cabbage julienned3 carrots peeled and cut into matchsticks1 head of radicchio chopped3 cups of salad greens chopped1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken cooked & shredded1.5 cups crisp Chinese noodles4 Tbl toasted sesame seeds &/or slivered almonds or sunflower seedsDressing1/3 cup Tamari Sauce1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar2 Tbl honey3/4 cup peanut oil1/3 cup Chinese mustard2 Tbl sesame paste2 Tbl chopped pickled ginger1 Tbl chili oil Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Serves 6 large portion as main course

Use a blender to combine Tamari, rice wine vinegar, Chinese mustard, honey, sesame paste, chopped ginger, salt, pepper and chili oil. Blend, then slowly add peanut oil in a stream with blender going.

In a big bowl, mix all salad ingredients, add salad dressing to taste alittle at a time. Serve and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and nuts.
